Hayley and David met in August 2017 while working as resident assistants at Clemson University. Their friendship quickly blossomed, and they began dating in a matter of 3 months. Several years of their relationship was long distance while Hayley attended vet school at UGA and David worked a full-time job near Atlanta. It was not always easy, but they made things work!

In January 2021, Hayley was at her favorite rooftop bar on a Thursday night where she was having drinks with her vet school friends. She was shocked to see David emerge from the elevator at the bar. Hayley said yes as the sun was setting over beautiful downtown Athens. It was perfect!

The couple quickly turned their attention to planning their wedding for October 2022. After touring numerous venues, Catawba Falls was exactly what Hayley was looking for! This hidden gem is tucked away along the Catawba River and has a sophisticated Southern charm. Hayley built her vendor choices based on deep connections with staff and their shared goals for her dream wedding. The interpersonal relationships she made set the couple’s minds at ease for the big day.

Hayley and David’s wedding day was nothing but extravagant! The sunny 84 degree weather and execution from each vendor made the wedding even more special. It was so rewarding to see the couple's hard work come to life. The memories made with family and friends were captured so beautifully and will be forever cherished.
